Returns & Exchanges

🧸Bear-y Easy Returns🧸

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition. We cannot accept the return of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags, including hangtags.  We know trying on is part of the fun, but please keep items clean and in original condition if you plan to return.

 

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to return eligible items.

 

What we can provide:

  • Store credit 

  • Or a refund to your original payment method

               

What is Eligible for a Return?

  • Any non-final clearance / non final sale item

  • Within 7 days of delivery

 

🛑What is NOT Eligible for a Return?

Any merchandise marked “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, “Sale” is not eligible for a return, refund, exchange or store credit.  All sales are final.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.  Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit or refund.

  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to M. Brooklyn Bear & Co.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Contact us to begin the returns process at contact@mbrooklynbear.com and include the order #.

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner, unless noted that we are closed for holiday


  • We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages

  • You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page to select your shipping method choices and prices. 
 
 


  • Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:


    • USPS standard shipping 5-7 business days

    • Express mail 1-2 business days

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
